Simon leads the business from the front. He’s responsible for shaping strategy and making sure the company grows in the right way—profitable, compliant, and focused on delivering brilliant service. As the FCA-approved MD, he’s also the key link between the firm and the regulator.
Mike has 35 years’ experience and specialist knowledge of the requirements of the Asbestos Industry. He manages all day-to-day requirements of our Commercial/Corporate client base as well as strategic planning with both Insurers and Brokers ensuring quality and competitive premiums. He is available 24 Hours 365 days.
Jodie keeps things running smoothly for Mike and the wider team. From admin and sales coordination to supporting client service, she’s the go-to person for making sure everything ticks along efficiently, and clients get a seamless experience.
Danielle keeps our financial engine running. She handles everything from reconciling accounts and invoicing to credit control and reporting. Her attention to detail helps make sure our records are spot on and our processes stay on track.
Becky plays a key part in our finance team, looking after client and insurer accounts, chasing payments, and making sure the numbers all add up. Her role helps keep things smooth behind the scenes so we can focus on supporting our clients.
Wayne looks after our clients in the yacht and luxury marine world. He’s the expert when it comes to placing specialist marine cover and advising high-net-worth individuals and commercial operators. From first enquiry to renewal, Wayne’s all about offering top-tier service and tailored insurance solutions.
Mark’s your first call when something goes wrong. He manages insurance claims from start to finish for our commercial clients, making sure everything’s handled fairly, quickly, and with minimal fuss. He brings a wealth of technical knowledge and negotiation skills to help get the best outcome.
